- 1.5 hours from the Vancouver International Airport
- 4 hours from Seattle, Washington
If arriving from the USA, the Vancouver Airport or from points east of Vancouver just follow the signs indicating Highway 99 North. You will cross the city of Vancouver, continuing onwards, through the community of West Vancouver, until you pass the small village of Horseshoe Bay . You are then on the spectacular Sea To Sky Highway heading north to Squamish and Whistler Once the soaring, granite cliffs of the Stawamus Chief come into view you will know you're almost there. Continue past the traffic lights at the entrance to Squamish another 4 kilometers to the traffic light at Mamquam Rd. Turn right on Mamquam, go 4 blocks and turn left on Highlands Way South. Proceed up the hill to The Boulevard. Turn left and go down the The Boulevard until you reach Ayr Drive. Turn right on Ayr. Coneybeare Lodge is on your left at #40549, in the cul-de-sac....welcome.
Alternatively, if arriving by car from the US (Washington State), you can bypass the traffic through Vancouver by taking the Truck Crossing (Border Customs) in Blaine. Take Exit 275 off of Interstate 5 to get to the Truck Crossing. Continue directly north on 176th Street until you reach the TransCanada Highway (Highway 1). You then head West and follow the signs North to Whistler/Squamish
Greyhound Bus Service (1-800 661-8747 or visit www.greyhound.ca) offers a regular service from downtown Vancouver to Squamish and onwards to Whistler. Pick up at the bus depot can be arranged.
